COACH SPOTLIGHT

Coach Alexander Lowe is a distance coach at Crescenta Valley High School in Los Angeles, California. Before beginning his coaching career, he ran Division 1 cross country and track and field at the University of Mississippi, where he consistently trained with and competed against some of the best runners in the nation.


Coach Lowe is a firm believer in doing all the little things it takes to stay healthy, whether it be strength work, flexibility exercise, or cross training. His goal is to ensure that every athlete he works with stays injury free.
