Communication and feedback is essential in any relationship. We love frequent and open communication because it helps cultivate ideas, client relationships, and motivation. We want to help you achieve your running, coaching, and business goals!


Each coach has a designated supervisor. Every month that supervisor will email you reminders to Schedule a Check-In Meeting. We know life can get busy sometimes, but we encourage you to check in with us at least once a month. It will only take 30 minutes. Among other things, the meeting may cover:


  • A personal update - We want to hear about your upcoming events and races, and of course your results. We can share any highlights as part of our marketing and social media content (with your approval of course).

  • A business update - Referring to the 3 areas of marketing, events and content, please update us with any completed and pending events and any ideas we can develop.

  • A client update - Let us know any changes in client status - inactive, injured, etc. Also, let us know of any trends you observe or anything you would like to share, be it a success story or a challenge we may be able to bring many minds to bear to give some ideas. Also - When are your clients’ races and can we promote these in social/digital media? Are they a happy client who may write a blog post or positive review?

  • A networking update - Who have you met in the past month? What opportunities may present themselves?

  • A goals/progress update - As coaches, we all know the power of setting and checking on performance goals. Let’s log them and review our progress each month.

  • Questions for us - Have we missed some admin? How can we help you?
