Coach Bell

Rolanda Bell began running in high school. As a standout New York State runner, she went on to earn a full scholarship to The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In 2009 Rolanda Bell ran the third leg in a 4×1500 meter relay at Penn Relays that set the World Record at the time.

Rolanda has since moved back to New York City. She currently represents Panama in the 3,000 meter Steeplechase and holds the country’s record in the event.

Rolanda loves to help other aspiring athletes reach their full potential. For the past nine years she has helped a range of runners reach their potential including youth track athletes, high school students of the Riverdale Country School, and private clients of all ages.

Rolanda loves to race on the track and the road, and has raced every distance up to the half marathon. After competing at such a high level, for over a decade she offers a unique insight on training to all runners.
